2 Spooktacular Halloween Wreath IdeasDo you love decorating your front porch for Halloween trick-or-treaters? Set the stage for Halloween night with two spooky and simple wreath ideas! Create a frightening focal point on your front door using Dollar Tree’s plastic skulls or skeleton hands and craft supplies.

Here’s What You’ll Need for the Skull Wreath:

  • Ten, 6″ Plastic Halloween Skulls
  • Green Foam Floral Ring
  • Burlap or Halloween Ribbon
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Glue Sticks
  • Scissors

Easy Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Secure one end of your burlap or ribbon in a loop around the wreath form using hot glue.
  2. Once the glue is set, tightly wrap the burlap or ribbon around the wreath to cover its entire surface, then secure the end in place with hot glue and cut off excess ribbon.
  3. Arrange the skulls in a circle around the wreath form, then hot glue them in place directly onto the burlap or ribbon.
  4. If you’d like, leave a small gap at the bottom or top of your wreath to add a bow. We added a burlap bow and glued one final skull on top of it.
  5. Allow your wreath to dry for a few minutes, then hang it on your front door before Halloween!

Here’s What You’ll Need for the Skeleton Hand Wreath:

  • 10 Plastic Skeleton Hands
  • 6×8″ Borderless Chalkboard
  • Scissors
  • Ribbon
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Glue Sticks
  • Chalk

Easy Step-by-Step Directions:

  1. Use scissors to cut each skeleton hand to size if needed.
  2. Using hot glue, secure each skeleton hand onto the edges of the chalkboard until the entire border is covered to create a wreath shape.
  3. If desired, glue ribbon along the skeleton hand wrists to create a decorative border.
  4. Glue a loop of ribbon onto the back of your chalkboard so that your wreath can be easily hung on your front door.
  5. Using chalk, write “Happy Halloween” or a special message to greet guests and trick-or-treaters!
