Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Plastic Toy Animal
- Salad Plate or Saucer
- Paint Brush
Easy Step-by-Step Directions:
- Choose your favorite plastic toy animal. Use a paint brush to paint it one color and let paint try for an hour.
- Optional: Paint on a few accents or designs if desired.
- Glue the base of the animal (legs, bottom, or back) to the middle of a salad plate or saucer.
- Allow the animal to dry in place and then try out your fun new holder!
When selecting an animal, either choose your favorite or think of animal shapes that are great for organizing multiple pieces of jewelry. A giraffe’s neck is great for bracelets, a rhino’s horn can hold rings, or dinosour’s arms can hold small key chains and more.
