You’ll Be Blown Away By How Easy This Is!
- Cut tissue paper to size to create the fruit slices you desire. For example, use yellow, orange, or green triangle wedges to create lemons, oranges, or limes. Or, cut out a red circle for watermelon.
- Use just a few dots of Mod Podge® (no more or the balloon won’t float) on one side of the tissue paper and apply it directly to the balloon.
- Use a marker to add any additional details.
- Allow your balloons to float and dry for a few minutes, then tie them on display as party decorations!
