Confession: I LOVE wrapping gifts. I’m the person who carefully folds corners and adds bows, ribbons, and pretty labels. I know, I know, it all ends up ripped apart and thrown in the trash… but that’s okay! #worthit. Lately, I’m loving the trend of using brown mailing paper in place of wrapping paper. It gives your present a clean, simple look that can be customized in any way and used for ANY occasion! If you’re like me, you’ll love being able to use your own creativity to personalize it for a special someone. Shoot, they might even take a minute before ripping it open to admire your trendy gift wrap… now that’s something to be proud of!
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Wrap your present using brown mailing paper, tape, and scissors.
- Now for the fun part… use a Sharpie® marker to draw designs, write the person’s name, or write a message like “Happy Birthday” or “Congrats!”
- Finish it up with ribbons and bows of your choice. That’s a wrap!
